Welcome to the new Minneapolis Public Schools Facilities Reservation System.
The Minneapolis Public Schools encourages the use of School District facilities for community meetings,
festivals, plays, workshops, youth and adult sports and other uses of school buildings and grounds. This
web site is a method for requesting use of School District spaces.
Your request is reviewed and sent to the school you would like to use/ If there are no conflicts, the school principal
authorizes your request. Applications should be submitted no later than 10 working days in advance of an event.
You will be notified by e-mail that you have been issued a permit to use district space.
